I had Alex from Sun Ridge come out this year to do my pre and post energy audits. He was prompt and efficient but he also took time to talk to me. He offered useful advice on simple things I could do to improve my energy efficiency and asked questions to make sure I was taking advantage of any available grants and tax credits. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, which left me feeling confident I was getting the most out my energy audit.

Paid this company to come into my home to help. Not to give me misinformation. told me what I needed to do. Did it. Then I’m not covered for grant because I should do my homework? I’m not in the home energy business. That’s why I hired you. Mike tells me this guy doesn’t work here anymore and I should do my homework. Why would I pay you to come back and tell me NO. What a waste of time and money call a company that has there stuff together.
