My experience keeps me wondering how this company is obtaining new customers when their current operations or departments doesn't know what they are doing and choose to not work together.
Did my research on their senior employees and majority of them had no prior work experience to elevate them into their current role successful. No wonder they can't work efficiently to resolve a SIMPLE cancellation based on deceptive marketing on their website. Marketing needs to be replaced!

New Water Heater Installed
Summit installed my new water heater on June 11, 2018. It was a fantastic experience. I was able to schedule installation for next day morning after noticing my old enercare water heater was leaking . Very happy and would use them again.

They showed up at my door at 7:15pm with no notice or invitation. Claiming they need to confirm something on my Hydro bill, 2nd or 3rd page. I asked why that couldn't be checked on the back end from an office and he seemed stunned. I asked for a card and he handed me a blank card with no rep name or rep number. Cleary a scam.

when you sign up with this company and the term expires you cannot get rid of them, cancellation notices do not work, phone calls do not work, they simply stay on your account, no matter what
