I took my daughter's here to well, take my bottles in. And we had a good 10 LARGE bags of bottles. So I parked in the front, put my 1 year old in my baby carrier on my chest grabbed 3 bags in my left hand and 2 in my right hand and my 4 year old had a bag we were ready to go!
Then a gentleman who worked there came out and was like "no no no no" haha and grabbed all my bags and and said he would do it all for me. I was so thankful haha. He grabbed all the rest of my bags from the van and also ripped all my bags open for me. They were so kind.
We were totally prepared to do it all ourselves but honestly it was such a nice surprise to have such kindness. And it was pretty busy at the time.
I should also mention that the depot is easily assessable, they print you a receipt with your return and you scan it at the payment booth and it dispenses you cash, and they have a handwashing station too.

They are fast and efficient, the automation is accurate and quick. I’ve been coming here for many years. Unfortunately, I have to remove 1 star because there was broken glass on the floor which I did not see and I stepped on it and a piece of glass went into bottom of my foot and blood everywhere.

We have been doing Bottle Drives for years at the Summerside Bottle Depot. They are always so helpful, supportive and give amazing service! Great business that supports the Community!

I called today to find out if they do residential bottle pick up. A guy with a bad east Indian accent who didn't even understand what I was asking about just abruptly hung up in my face. I never encountered such a horrible service before. Shame on you!

Do not tip here, I found out that all the tips go to the owners and not the actual workers themselves. The owners are rude a greedy. Service is good workers are friendly.. but like I said the owners are very greedy for the simple fact they keep all their workers tips.

Ever since I've been coming here, I can't really imagine going anywhere else. There are hardly ever line-ups, and even ifthere are, the move super fast. They have state-of-the-art bottle sorters and counters, so you can feel secure about getting the right amount.
