The doctor staff is awesome went in there with an issue was taken care of and two visits, but there’s something has to be said about the personality of the staff. Absolutely not one person smile in the whole office to point there rude just don’t recommend this place alone on how they treat their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lucas for many years. Recently, i been working with Jared re: a shoulder injury. The entire medical team and support staff have consistently provided outstanding medical support including advice and counsel, physical therapy, and surgery. I highly recommend this medical provider.

Have been patient if this group for many years. Staff is attentive and courteous. Just had surgery by Dr. Feiner. He is pleasant, attentive, couteous and an excellent dr with great bedside manner. Met him in 2016 , and were so fortunate to have met such a kind caring individual. Highly recommend Dr. Feiner

Had my first visit today and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The front office staff were kind and patient. I was brought to the exam room by Michelle, who asked me some questions about what I was there for and explained the process of the visit to me. She really helped me to be less nervous and feel comfortable! Diana then came and brought me to a different room for x-rays. She was also very kind and patient and great at explaining how she needed me positioned for the different x-ray views. Lastly, Jared saw me for the examination. I did not feel rushed, and I felt he took good time to explain his thoughts and the next steps. All in all, it was a wonderful and efficient visit! I am looking forward to continuing my care with Sports Medicine Institute, largely thanks to the kindness and empathy of those I met today. Thank you!

I have excellent insurance and was completely floored when I arrived for my first visit and was told it's policy to collect $200 up front. Apparently the doctor's policy is to charge you the whole fee up front and then if they're feeling judicious they'll give you a refund when they get insurance payment. Awesome policy! That's why I pay $900 a month for the insurance, so I can turn around and pay you $200 and my insurance can pay you as well. Definitely do not recommend this provider for the dent they'll put in your wallet. I have seen amazing doctor's who do not take such financial advantage of their patients.

Kayla is a breath of fresh air when you come into the office. She is very helpful and attentive. I had a balance on my account and she was able to explain to me why. The entire process in this office was quick and painless. Would highly recommend this office to anyone! Much friendlier than the other office in town!

I have to say that the staff is amazing especially the check in receptionist Maylin Faverey. Super sweet and very helpful always has a beautiful smile when everyone walks in . She definitely brightens up the place . All my neighbors who go here can agree with that . Keep up the great work. We need more smiley faces like her .
