I've been with Sponsor Energy for close to a decade now. They are easy to deal with and have great customer service (like really great!). My rates are comparable to when I was with Enmax. I have no problem with payments as I use their pre-authorized payments (they always withdraw the amount that I'm billed on the day I am billed)... and they don't email me more than once a month (with a receipt for my usage). I recommend them to everyone!

Tanner at sponsor energy was extremely helpful. Awesome customer service. I noticed that my rates were higher than Sponsor is currently advertising. Got in touch with tanner and he quickly looked into it and updated my rates to the new lower rates. Very painless experience! My whole experience since being with Sponsor Energy has been amazing!
