Easy and fast botle depot in Southeast area.Employees are polite and fast.exact value for your bottles are accurate. Expect long lines on the weekends and long walk parking spots but smooth on weekdays. Just a favor,if you can have a cart storage/rack outside for a much faster loading of bags from the vehicles please instead of us going inside grabbing a cart and going back to our vehicles. Thank you

This is a great place to take your cans and bottles. We have been going there since they first opened. In the beginning they counted everything one by one and now they are totally automated. Definitely they have great service and we will continue going there. Just dump your cans and bottles they do the counting and collect your cash from the machine its that easy

This bottle depot is good. They have installed automatic counters. Everyone is nice and friendly, and things move fairly quickly. I would give them a higher rating, but they fall short in ine area.
If you have a container that is not a deposit recyclable. They ask for it to be thrown out. I know not everyone is perfect. But a bone broth container is the same as an apple juice box. Please!!!! Have some blue bins available so people can continue to help reduce, reuse, and recycle. Even the plastic bags sould be blue binned.

You can do better! Most businesses today have more than just garbage cans.
Recycling is everyone's responsibility I agree. But having your employees tell people that's garbage is not cool.
Encouraging people to recycle everything shows you care for more than just profits.
Plastic bags and non refundable containers need to be recycled period!

Very easy process now that it’s automatic, staff were friendly and welcoming. I really like that there is warm water to wash your hands! Great place!

This is a complete corrupted place. I went a few times and I can tell you they ripped me off badly. At least i had over $50 of depot in 8 full bags but got only $32. It seems some of their auto machines are off. The screen does not show the one by one count and their employee’ s screen also is only towards them not towards customer for transparency.
From today I no longer go here and I will make sure none of my family or friends go there too.
Cannot believe this!

Before my grand sons and I took the bottles, cans and other related recycled products we took the time to count each of the 6 bags individually, marked it down on a tally sheet and came up with a hand counted value of $96.80. We took the bags in and dumped them in there sorting tray. Each bag contained a variety of bottles. They sort out the ones the machine takes and push them down a ramp to be counted automatically by the machine. The problem I had is in their manual count. Normally before, they would count the larger containers and input these numbers in the computer and before moving on to the next assortment that figure would show on the computer screen. This did not happen in my case, thus there was a large discrepancy and I mean a large discrepancy. The grandsons were ripped off by $29.00. These bottles were collected from neighbours and friends for the purpose of contributing to my grandsons upcoming sailing trip though his school. I will never cross their business threshold again and if you choose to do, so it’s at your own peril.
