Had a interaction with a member of their design team. He called my Collision Repair shop and asked to have window shutters & trim painted in a custom color for a home they were building. I explained that in theory we can do it as we sometimes refinish new doors for a custom home builder, but it wouldn't be a priority as we already have a large work load in house (customer vehicles take priority as were an autobody shop), employee's taking summer vacation time and a 2 week back log of existing customers already appointed before taking in any new work. I'm assuming that didn't work for their schedule so the guy that called gave my business a 1 star review. What's good for the goose is good for the gander and simply returning the gesture.
