I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the entire process and installation of my solar system at Vernon, BC. From start to finish, the experience has been smooth and professional.

The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had. The installation itself was completed on schedule and with great attention to detail. I especially appreciate how the team ensured everything was working perfectly.

That being said, the only thing I was not happy about was the lack of advance notice for a few appointments. I wasn’t aware of what to expect during the visits, which created some challenges. My breaker is located in the rental suite, and my tenant was unhappy about the late notice. Additionally, I had to clear out the closet so they could access the attic for the wiring work — it would have been helpful to know about this in advance.

Overall, I’m still happy with the outcome and would recommend your services to others. Thank you.

Lani from Solos Energy came to our home and very professionally presented a proposal to add solar panels to our carriage house that was designed to eliminate our Fortis electric bill. We are a month and a half since the installation and the system is performing above expectations. The installation was fast and the Solos techs were very good at answering my questions and guiding me through the 0 percent interest loan application. I would highly recommend Solos Energy. Maarten, Liza and the whole team were great to work with. They handled all of the design, permitting and rebate processes making it incredibly easy for me. The installation team also did a great job were very friendly and left the job site clean when complete. They continue to monitor the system to assure there are no issues. I wound up having an issue with a panel, they called and replaced it that day. I’m loving paying nothing for my electricity.

Nothing but positive things to say about my recent experience with Solos. Jesse Murdock kept me up to speed regarding how the entire process was going. I had a certain timeline issue and Jesse helped ensure that it was met.
The installers all did a great job and were very personable. Sorry but I do not remember their names.
I have already told a number of friends about Solos and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering installation of solar panels.

Solos did a great job for us. They have the most efficient and best looking panels available. The track system seems foolproof in that I doubt we will ever have to worry about a windstorm moving them. The system of micro inverters allow for individual monitoring of each panel. That didn’t seem too important at first, but it really is a big deal. With an app, we can see the output of each panel in real time. I doubt that wiring will fail over time, but if it does, we will know exactly where the problem is. The owner has done the work to receive the only available certification in North America for solar installers. He has passed that critical knowledge on to his installers and electricians. The crew that showed up to put up the solar array was professional, on time, hard working and very athletic. They had the majority of the work done on this 10kw array in one day, then only had to spend a few hours on day 2 to finish everything. Everybody at Solos from the owner, Maarten to Liza in project management, and installer and electrician were quality individuals that made the entire process go really well. The price was good as it came in under $3 per watt which seems to be where Canada is at for a system with less features than we have. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have little doubt that at this point in time, they are the best solar company in British Columbia.

I had an amazing experience with these folks. From the very first quote, they were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The only minor hiccup was waiting for Fortis and the subcontracted electrical provider, but that was mostly out of their control. Overall, they were fantastic at getting us the maximum rebates and making the installation quick and stress-free. Everything has been working great for the past few months, and I can’t wait to enjoy a full summer with plenty of power.

By the way, three of my friends have also had solar panels installed by this company, and they’ve all been incredibly satisfied.
