I originally built a 1.6kw system and have since done a few upgrades over the last few years. Dale has always been super helpful in trouble shooting the off grid system. When I've been short on parts he's been willing to ship them out to get me running again. Their service is what a new to solar guy like myself needs.

Stay away from armada arc brand. Tried two both have the same problem after couple weeks start flickering all the lights and load in general. Shop said it s a manifacture diffect from the capacitor...

Sad to say 1 ruins it for everyone. Been here 4x. 3 x were awesome. I walked in an idiot to electricity 3x then walked out and installed my kit myself. The last time I entered confident, but walked out with less then what I went in for. The guy serving me was ? but the other guy made me feel like I was bothering him with asking how something as simple to them device (battery metre). Kept telling me read the manual.

I asked for just a simple break down and he kept insisting "read the book" over and over. I personally think he should read a book on manners.

The guy in the suit was so awesome ? he explained a lot of basic stuff to me. Over and over even tho I had a hard time.

The guy with tattoos on his arms, awesome guy! Helpped a lot. I'm pretty sure he was training, but I'm not sure.

The other guy is rude, disrespectful and shouldn't be around there.

This place is GREAT !! This is where you want to go for your solar power needs. Dale Rowe is a tremendous resource for all things solar. Dale has the equipment and material that you need at his store but even more importantly; he has the expertise, knowledge, patience, and willingness to help out with advice and assistance. He has a genuine interest in whatever solar project you are working on. One-on-one customer service is exceptional. One stop shop for all things solar. Thanks for all your help Dale.

Great shop and Owner, since I'm from north east Alberta Mr. Dale Rowe has kindly allowed us to visit and shop on weekends when he is available.
He is highly knowledgeable in his trade and has proven very helpful using his contacts to help us sort out some obscure electrical problems we have been experiencing.
I fully recommend a stop in this shop if you are in the City or visit on line.
