Asked the manager if we could get a discount for some large noticeable stains, one shirt was $20 so she said she could give $2 off the other was $10 and she decided that that was already cheap enough for a shirt. The manager did not to want to move on price at all and was seemingly irritable. $10 for a stained shirt at a thrift store is crazy. Other than that the selection is decent and other staff were nice.

Dear manager,
Please please please don’t something about the children clothes section. Many who shop there are single moms and we do not have the time to look through the clothes in the state it’s in. It wouldn’t be difficult to have them in order of size at the very least if not a boys and girls section as well. It’s very discouraging to even look at that section and I feel better organization in this area would benefit both the store and customers. PLEASE consider simply sizing the children’s clothing section. The other clothing sections are in order of size and we don’t understand why the children’s section wouldn’t be the same way.

Thank you for your time and consideration

Horrible manager experience.
My friend and I came in after visiting the Value Village across the street. We had a look around and my friend went in the fitting room to try on two pairs of pants. They didn’t fit and she left them in the change room. This woman (I’m assuming the manager) followed us all the way from the back of the store, to the front, and very confidently POINTS at my friend and says to her employee “THAT GIRL went in the change room and-“ and I cut her off and said “and what.” My friend comes back around, she puts her bag on the counter as this woman pulls two shirts (from value village, WITH THE RECEIPT) and says they are from this store. We had to hold the receipt up to her face to show her we haven’t stolen anything. All of a sudden this manager can’t speak English when I confronted her, but spoke PERFECT English when accusing my friend of stealing. Extremely embarrassing experience for two young girls are just trying to shop.

I would give them a 0 stars if I was able too, reason to this bad review is I bought this beautiful clock; only to find out I was sold a damaged item (They have a no refund policy). My clock isn’t working and had no tags on the clock to warn the buyer that the product was damaged or as is; item was taped up as well when it was on the store shelf, so I was unable to open the clock to look inside before buying it either; no way for me to know that the item was damaged before buying. The item was most likely not even tested or looked at, because it had an exploded battery inside (I did throw out the battery right away, after I opened the clock to put a new battery inside; so I don’t have a photo of the battery unfortunately) and is rusted where it connects to the battery that came with the clock. Although I do plan on keeping the clock as a display item only (it’s really pretty), I am more upset at the fact I was sold garbage.

The two young women working the cash and shop floor absolutely lovely. The manager however a complete miserable person unwilling to listen when asked a customer question a simple one at that. Dismissive and very rude! I felt bad for the staff.

Brought two end tables to the cashier. She changed the sticker price based on a Google search and raised the price $15. I thought this was a charity
