VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

We rented a bin from them and they told us we had 7 days they came TWO days early, didn’t notify us and when they got here they did not knock nor ring the doorbell, they just took the bin and left. On top of that when I called to ask why they came 2 days early the man I spoke to started SCREAMING at me saying that I put things in the bin which were not supposed to go in there, obviously I know that and was going to remove it but they came 2 days early so then he started telling me that he’s going to bring a ton and a half of garbage and put it on my lawn if I don’t pay him $109 for the extra weight, I will be calling the city and reporting this and possibly the police. This is very disgusting behaviour and I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

He was able to help me determine what size I would need, etc. For those who rent bins regularly, that's not an issue, but having never done this before, I wasn't sure what size we needed. Amazing service! I have never rented a bin before, but SMG made it so easy. I will definitely rent from SMG again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to rent. After researching many companies, SMG had the best price around! Denis is so professional but very down to earth and personable. After the bin was dropped off, I had a couple questions and reached out and was promptly answered, on a Saturday of the long weekend.
