Awful service. I called ahead to make sure the part was ready for me, but when I got there they said they were “too busy right now” and made me wait, wasting my time after I drove all the way from London. When they finally brought it out, the part was rusty, and unusable. If they had been upfront about the condition, I would not have made the trip. Poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and zero respect for customers. Would not recommend.

After confirming on purchasing a hood from these guys. We drove 1.5 hours the next day to go pick it up. Once there, they informed us everyone was on lunch and we must wait 10 minutes for our part. No problem, we waited 30 minutes before finding a worker who told us they will check the yard for the hood, they don’t actually think they have one now.
Clearly the inventory is all wrong at this yard and should not be trusted or the workers are incompetent enough to tell trying customers they have something they don’t in hopes for some kind of business. Waste of time. Do not bother shopping here

I bought 3 brake callipers and 2 rotors from them on same day. He said we will check parts to ensure they are working before giving it to you, so I trusted him. I get home to open the part and look to find 1 of the part is so rusted and corroded that it’s unusable. Now he won’t refund me for that part and wants me to drive back to his store 2 hours so he can replace it with another part. When I was buying the part from him he said if it’s not good you can bring it back, which he now clarified means he will try to replace the part instead of refunding you.

Very impressed with their honesty. After ordering a side mirror over phone on March 8th, got a picture texted to me and a call that there was an unexpected small crack in the housing. I still bought it, but at least I knew about it before heading all the way out there. Plus, they lowered the price for me. Very happy.

Stopping in to buy a rear door emblem from a Chevy van. The guy said it would be 50 bucks for a used 2012 emblem off of a cargo van. I gave him to ole pfffff and started walking out, then he ask "how much did you want to pay" I will never go back to this place! Total rip off!
