I have never had an issue here. Staff are friendly and helpful. I pre count all my recycling to save time at the depot since most people dont. I'm always in and out in less then 5 mins majority of the time it's 2 mins or less. To all the people complaining if you count them before hand their is no confusion or mistakes made. When you are bringing in a years worth recycling for them to count there's bound to be mistakes made if you refuse to count them yourself get a piece of paper and mark it down as they count it for you. These people are honest good hearted people who have provided me with exceptional service everytime.

Got completely ripped off. Took in almost 60 bags of cans, got about 40% of what I actually brought in. I would highly recommend finding a different depot, or pre-counting everything. These people are not honest at all.

Seems to me they can't count or add on the Till..1 time I brought in 10 bags of bottles,and got $170 and the next time the same amount I got $80..my advice is count your bottles before you take them in..
