I drop off my bags with my numbered sticker on them. No standing in line. Drop and run. They get counted within 48hrs. Money is deposited into my Depot account. Easy for me. Thank you

I am giving them a 1 because there is no zero... I had a pickup scheduled in Sept, then Oct, then Dec and now Feb... No call, no heads up.... Company is brutal and not working hard enough to resolve their issues. This company should be re-cycled...!

Drivers are unreliable they take too long and food turns to garbage. Trying to contact them and get an actual human response is impossible and the take no account for anything. Any rating that’s 5 stars is bull. You can’t even contact them over the phone to have an actual human conversation you might as well be talking to robots.

I had a really great experience with this company my first pickup. After that, I've had to chase after them. My delivery time gets pushed ahead all day long, even if I'm a "priority pickup" and sometimes my pickup is canceled and rescheduled. I am unsure if only one man is working or if this is a chain/small business but I have $19 in my account and cannot ask for it until it's over 20 something bucks. I think once I get that, I will be looking to use some other bottle pickup company.

Absolute trash service. I've lugged my recyclables and bottles from garage to front step 4 times now on pickup days only to be rescheduled again and again and again. They claim to have a shortage of drivers but I don't believe they have any at all.

Booked a pick up 4 weeks ago, got confirmation emails last night. Had everything out and ready first thing this morning. Got a text message at 5:30 Pm, 5 hours after scheduled time that they are unable to pick up today it has been rescheduled for 1 month later.
