This company does NOT respect the community at all! The truck was blocking the road for 20mins and still refused to go! All the cars ended up having to back out and take another street! How do you trust people to do their well when they have no basic ethics, empathy and respect!?

Just used Simplii's bins for a big cleanup after a pretty damaging flood at our place. Sent some pictures to John and he recommended the exact size bin I would need. I had the unpleasant experience of calling customer service because a truck from this company was driving down the road with one of its loads falling into the air, which ended up hitting my car. I called very respectfully, only to be answered by the most unpleasant, incompetent, and horrible person I have ever encountered. This individual rudely and shamelessly responded as if he were engaged in a street fight, explicitly stating that "he didn’t care about the situation and that I should stop bothering them."

Such people are the same ones who, in an arrogant and brazen manner, make life miserable for drivers unfortunate enough to be behind these trucks. If this is how they treat users and potential clients, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. I hope that anyone reading this, especially a potential customer considering their services, takes the time to explore other options. The irresponsibility displayed by this company is so blatant that I would be extremely hesitant to trust them with anything.

Great people all around Mark, John and their team, top notch service. Excellent customer service, from ordering to pickup and experience drivers. Keep up the great work. As an excavation contractor I don’t do much bins as mostly dump trucks but when I do these guys are “simply the best” and my go to.
