My yellow recycling bag was randomly picked up this morning, along with the paper in it. They never returned it.

I was also mentioned by city hall that this company is responsible for sending out the new bags to households. I placed my inquiry online twice during the last three weeks on tol.ca and never received one bag!

I tried to call them and never got an answer. Very pissed off with the service.

I have called twice and also emailed and nobody has replied. I was parked in the last pay parking spot on Saba in Richmond. A driver of a company vehicle parked behind me where it said no parking and went into the bank. He yelled at me to move up even though there was only 2 feet between my car and the one in front. When he came back out he swore and yelled at me again. License plate NE2661. Not professional when you’re driving a company vehicle and you’re the one that’s wrong

Awful, rude on the phone,lying to my face said they sent me an email but they don’t even have my email, won’t exchange my cart for the past two weeks , horrible service. Is this really what my tax dollars are paying for? Thanks township of langley

Don’t think they actually care about recycling. Always leaves my recycling but does not leave green paper to tell me what’s wrong. End up throwing it in the garbage every time. Mother Earth thanks this garbage company. Township of Langley should consider firing this company altogether as they are worthless

Update: Full recycle bins do not get thrown out. Must be too much work.

I booked an appointment for my mattress pick-up with this company because this company is the contractor for garbage & waste pick-up in the Township of Langley. The pick-up time was set up at 7:30 am, but it wasn't picked up on time, so I phoned them to confirm the schedule. However, the representative was very rude and unprofessional. I was explaining my situation, but suddenly she cut off my words and said, "no, we don't pick up at 7:30 am." repeatedly and neurotically. Then I said, "Okay, I will wait then. Thank you." SHE JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE RIGHT AFTER. How come the Township of Langley has a contract with this kind of company that has awful customer service. I am suspicious of a back-scratching alliance of government and businesses.

Totally ignored by ChrisTaylor when asking for my T4. I was waiting and waiting for my T4 and he ignores my texts, phone calls and faxes. Not sure how he can hire people and refuse to send out T4s, like no one has to do their taxes. The time period to recieve them for last year is past due. Terrible customer service and terrible boss. Work here if you want to be jerk€d around.

Bunch of clowns. They've randomly forgotten to collect our block's garbage multiple times. Wouldn't dump my greenwaste bin recently due to a crack in it and then took over three weeks to dump it and replace the bin after numerous phone calls. The only reason these goons are still in business is their city contracts. No one would hire them by choice. Sierra time & money waste services is more like it!

They won’t pick up my recycling because a car is parked on the street in front of it and they say they won’t walk more than a metre around it. Parking is at a premium in our neighbourhood. Bunch of whiners. Lousy customer service. I used to give the recycling, garbage and green bin guys a six pack at Christmas not anymore.
