I called in and spoke with a live person right away who was extremely helpful and friendly. An appointment was booked within two days of calling and I received clear and timely messaging. The appointment day arrived with messaging to keep me informed that my service tech was on the way, estimated arrival time, their name, and a link for more information.
The technician was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He kept his work area clean, was respectful of my home, and diagnosed and repaired my heat pump within one appointment. He was clear about the work required and what the cost would be.

This company was a refreshing change after speaking with others in the industry. I highly recommend them!

Jay and Lucas were very professional and went straight to work. It took about 35-40 minutes. I was pleased with their work. I couldnt give a 5 star rating at this time as I will have to wait and see if the mold/musty smell reappears. But I would hire this company again.

Robert, from Breathe Clean, provided excellent service when he came to clean our heat pumps. He arrived within the window of time expected and called to let us know when he was on his way. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with very thorough cleaning job. Jay and Lucas did excellent work. I have breathing issues, so am very particular with my heat pump. We have been using "Breath Clean" for 5 or 6 years now, once every year, and would not be without this service. I have already scheduled for same time next year.

Michelle and her people at "Breath Clean" have been excellent to deal with over these years. I am of course sorry to see she is gone from the business, but look forward to continuing with "Shines Energy"

From poor experience to great experience. When the team arrived they took the time to understand what our needs were, and then made recommendations. This was very much appreciated as they didn't try upsell us on a bunch of things we didn't need. I understand things go wrong, and what impressed me most is that Shine Energy went out of there way to alter a bad experience and turn it into a good one. Thank you!!!

I contacted Shine Energy as I wanted to get a quote for a dehumidifier installation. The gentlemen I spoke to over the phone was extremely pleasant and booked an appointment for this morning between 10-11am for someone to come and give us a quote. At the time of booking, he asked that all decision makers please be available to answer questions and if needed, be available to make any decisions. Both my partner and I moved meetings around to accommodate this request, and nobody showed up for the appointment. Not only is this a waste of time but it impacted our work day which is not a good start. Will start looking elsewhere for a quote…

Had really great service from Shines Energy.

Sent an email inquiring about their services, specifically if they did AC cleaning and recieved a call back within about an hour and a half explaining what to expect and the price.

The actual appointment was scheduled within 5 days of the initial email.

We had two technicians arrive. They were both super friendly, and got the work done.

AC is now super clean, will certainly be calling again in future years.

Breathe Clean did two heat pump heads and system cleaning for my home last year. Two sharp guys with a great personalities.

This year, a single fellow from Shines arrived right on time, did the job and was polite and professional from start to finish. Apparently Shines and Breathe Clean are sister companies...and Shines seems to be the lead company with vehicles etc.

Seems like an outsourced service is doing the booking...last year I dealt directly with Breathe Clean. I prefer dealing with a known, local company and more transparent communication would ensure that I was anticipating who showed up to do the work. The fellow this year had on ear buds and was talking on his phone about 35% of the time...I'm trusting that this didn't affect the quality of the job.

Safety and confidence matters...but overall another year with timely service and from what I can tell, good outcomes. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend Shines Energy. We called them for plumbing and they answered the phone past business hours, they had an appointment so quickly, and their office representative and text correspondence were so professional! The even offer a tracker for when the technician will arrive and who the technician will be. They removed their shoes and politely complied with our request to wear a mask in the house. Our technician was so kind and a pleasure to work with and answered all our plumbing questions. The best part is that the fee was by task and not by hour, which I feel so lucky about! He fixed not just the one toilet, but the second toilet which we discovered was (unknown to us) in need of repair as well. I'm so glad we opted for preventative maintenance and their fees are so affordable. They are wonderful to work with and we will definitely keep them in mind for our future house needs.
