This is a very cool place that is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. There is a lot to choose from inside at very good prices. We were welcomed there with our ESA dog and we were all treated very well. The staff was very impressed by our dog and offered her to choose a stuffy, which she did and now cuddles with it at our place in Ocean Park south surrey. Thanks to all the staff for such a great experience 😊
Lexi thanks you to...woof.

Worst thrift store in town. Donated a lot to them multiple times in the past and they acted more bothered than thankful every time and have specific rules to follow. When you go in the store, it's unorganized and cluttered, especially their furniture room which reminds me of people who hoard. A lot of items look like they should be thrown out- a kitchen stool that is not only ripped apart, but broken at the base $30.. a lot of their bikes were broken and ripped apart yet prices rather high. The clothes aren't organized at all. I believe this place is volunteer ran,but so are several thrift stores in Rutland. They have much nicer staff, prices, and organization..why is share so bad? I've lived here almost my whole life, and every time I go there it's a chaotic mess and the people aren't the nicest, given I was a bit annoyed too with their rules. If you happen to be walking around and have a backpack, don't bother coming here because they expect you to leave it in an open spot and no guarantee it won't be stolen. Funny how they seem to be worried about theft from a family with kids, but I guess that's to be expected when your shop is in a rough area. It could be handled a lot better (other stores provide safe place for your items) but the prices here over all are not worth it anyway. You'd be better off buying new off Amazon and you wouldn't be spending much more for brand new items. Who does share support anyway? I don't remember how they run it these days, but it's definitely not the same as how they began.

Not bad selection - no changerooms, so couldn't purchase anything. Laying things over clothing just doesn't work, nor can I really afford the gas or bus fare to make multiple trips. As much as I support the work they do - I can't condone not offering fitting rooms. There's nothing like being victimized/excluded from society for being poor, and then being victimized again by being forced to purchase and wear ill fitting clothing.

Been attempting to go here for years. Every time I visit Kelowna for work I finish my day and rush to get there before close. Today I got there with 5 minutes to spare and the door was open, however I was told no more shopping was allowed. How do you expect to make money?

Prices have jumped. A top or a pair of pants is $10. A little tank top is $8. Higher than even value village. To my thinking, that's so offensive since all the stuff is donated, and its partly so ppl who can't afford new prices can have a chance at these. But its not possible when prices are now approaching full retail. In fact, exceeding full retail in some cases. Also they wont refund or exchange when you go home and find a hard spot on your jeans that is something that won't come out and you can't wear them. You are told no...you can keep your big handful of nothing for $10. Why? It doesn't cost them anything!! They can't have respect for their customer or take responsibility for the high prices and say.. yes, please, choose something else for $10? That all says incompetent management....someone who really doesn't get it. I won't be shopping/donating there, now.

Won’t be shopping here. They ask you to place your bag on an unattended shelf and then claim they are not responsible for them (and this store is in a sketchy area. Mind you all of Kelowna is sketchy). On top of that, this bag policy is clearly selective. People were walking around with bags much bigger than mine. They claimed in an answer to another review that sometimes they miss people that come in. Yet the whole time I was there an employee was standing up front clearly able to see who comes in.
If you’re going to have this bag policy then keep it consistent, and provide a safer place to put them. For example I’ve went to places that put bags behind the counter 🤷🏼‍♀️.
