Quick and responsive to provide a quote, free of charge. Provided detailed, respectful and thorough services while in our home and maintained so much cleanliness and hygiene. But then they did something above and beyond…. The day prior to the service, my son was asking the owner about their truck fleet picture on their business cards. And the next day, his staff brought my son a toy semi-truck sent by the owner. It was incredibly sweet and my son was so excited! Thanks again, Troy & team. I wanted to thank Troy and the team at Serve Pro for their incredible service in cleaning our carpets and area rugs after our "puppy toilet training" period had concluded. They arrived early and removed the area rugs for cleaning and drying at their shop and came back to tackle the carpets. The difference was immediately noticeable but the best part was their obvious dedication to being true professionals. Polite, courteous and incredibly efficient. We can't thank them enough. We experienced a major water leak which resulted in a flooded basement.
Within an hour of contacting SERVPRO of Kelowna we had a crew on site to handle the immediate concerns of water and ceiling damage.
In the resulting weeks we had our contents removed and stored, ceilings replaced, new floors installed , and all walls repainted.
Throughout this experience we were constantly informed of all scheduled work to be performed and any questions or concerns were promptly addressed.
Upon completion of the restoration a thorough cleaning was performed and all contents were replaced where originally located
