Waited in line for an hour and when my turn came up guy said we are close for lunch now ( which is fine) but then helped the guy behind my who came after me when i said i came in here first , he said oh my machine wont work for your work… then asked me to come again after 30 mints .. rude..!! And he super super slow.. the preview staff was so amazing would make you in and out in no time..

Date Aug. 12, 2024 arrived at the Lucan, Ontario Service Ontario location for 9am when it was supposed to be opened and it was closed. Lots of people waiting for service. Nobody inside, lights not on. No notification of closure. It's 9:29am now, and another worker just stopped by and said that the worker on today is known for not showing up. However, she herself is off and unable to help today. If I could give zero stars I would.

It’s 9:27 am “Monday-August 12 2024”

Lucan Ontario service is still closed with no notice. We informed the head office , head office was not helpful, we got no information as why they are still closed . This is not acceptable!

The customer service here was amazing! There is free parking right in front of the door, no lineup, and you are greeted with a friendly smile. I went to renew my license. She also offered to check my health card and vehicle registration. She went the extra mile to make sure that everything had been renewed, not just what I was originally requesting. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes. At other locations I am used to waiting a half an hour just to see somebody. I would highly recommend coming to Lucan next time you need to go to Service Ontario.

Best Service Ontario I've ever been to. As long as you've completed your end of things you'll have never experienced such a pleasant experience than you would here. People don't realize the representatives behind the counter have no say in the process.
The representative I had the pleasure of talking to gave me the experience where I felt I was talking to the most caring member of my family.
I honestly hate dealing with anything government related but if this specific location handled all government affairs I'd actually get my paperwork in on time if not early.

Lucan is the absolute best place to get your health card or license renewed. The staff are very friendly and helpful too, I don't go anywhere else.
