Communication was terrible, they say they will phone you back and then never do. Invoice was a lot more than quote and when I questioned it, he was very rude! They would cut corners if you don't constantly stay on top of of the work. Had more leaks after they left and they never responded. Would never use again.

Honestly amazing service, yes, plumbing is not cheap, however, this team is professional and friendly. They helped me a lot in my house with sink plumbing, I already booked them also for furnace cleaning for fall time. Thank you for your help.

They have done some major plumbing and gas line installation projects for my kitchen and laundry room. The plumbing and gas line work seems to be done well, however, the communication and customer service with this company is quite lacking. A few times, they just didn't show up when they were scheduled too, with no warning or phone call. I has to chase them down to reschedule or get any information about the status of my project.

Big shout out to The Service Guys, my furnace quit last night around 4 am in the morning. I was waited until 7:30 to start phoning around and they were the first to answer at about 8 am, they were here in about 1/2 hour and had my furnace back up and running before 9 am. It was only the pilot light and no charge. Thank you so much Service Guys!
