Annoyingly out of the way, Only open minimum hours (10-3) two days a week and was closed 1 of those with no heads up. Whoever manages that office must not be able to read these comments. Must be nice to be a government employee with 0 accountability

I can't believe that a community the size of Fort St John has their service Canada office inside the college with one person working there, doing the best he can. This office is only open part days 2 days a week to service Fort St John and Dawson creek.
That is absurd and everyone needs to write their Federally elected officials and complain, that is ludicrous.
I walked in there, they had one hour left before they would close at 3:30 and there had to be 20 people sitting and waiting for service that are not going to get any.

Zero star!!!!! I visited on march 4 , 2025. I visited Service Canada today. A phillipino lady (she told me her name is NAT) was super rude and after updating the documents she just threw my updated documents to the floor. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. Service Canada is there to help people not to show their attitude.

Unbelievable ! This office is not Canadian !!! A young man very rude sitting on his desk is asking me from 7 meters distance what I want !!! He has placed a don’t enter sign 20 minutes before the official closing time!!!
Why they give the job to such amateurs ?

Thank God I don’t have to come to this de services Canada office again 🤮
