Every time I go in here there is a massive lineup which always takes forever. I get an hour for lunch, but last two attempts to get some licensing done I had to leave without completing to get back to work on time.

I came in to take my heavy trailer test and the entire time there is a couple walking back in forth yelling at eachother and arguing then entire time I'm taking my test they couldn't have been more than 4 feet next to me. How incredibly sad ppl can just get away with doing such things right out in the middle of public building where ppl are testing, nice to know the standards of this town

Took a little bit to get through the line but I went at a busier time so that's on me. Workers were polite, professional, and helped me with everything I needed. She was very resourceful when working with my somewhat unorthodox licence transfer and made sure everything was good to go. Absolutely no complaints, thank you for all your help!

A new receptionist guy is extremely rude.

I went in for new ID etc. I had to wait in line for a while, but that was my fault for going at a busy time. Both the receptionist and the service clerk were friendly , helpfully and professional.

Really happy with the service from walking in the door to leaving. I came in 30 min before close and the receptionist was kind, and helpful. Not anything of a long wait to see someone, and the service agent I was speaking with was also helpful and kind. Also, just from observation, everyone working the day I went in seemed polite, friendly and professional. A big difference from other small town, northern communities.
