Avoid Sense Engineering at All Costs

Dealing with this firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. While they excel at painting a rosy picture during their presentation, their actual execution is a stark contrast.

Communication with them is akin to shouting into a void. They're quick to promise the world but woefully slow when it comes to responding to queries or addressing concerns.

Don't be fooled by their deadlines—they're meaningless to them. They'll promise you the moon and stars by a certain date, only to leave you waiting indefinitely. Their inability to deliver on time speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and commitment.

Furthermore, no residents are happy with their work. This is a common topic when sharing the elevator with other owners. The strata manager has no idea about the hell residents have been through, and Sense Engineering’s claim that everyone is happy with their work is a pure lie.

Save yourself the headache and heartache by steering clear.
