I visit often to help supply my guest house. The selection is great and, although things have always been well displayed, there has been a sudden noticeable improvement over the last few months. Staff has always been pleasant - I have never experienced any of the issues that others have.

A thrift shop with some great finds. They had an adorable wooden cement truck mixer toy for my toddler who is obsessed with them. And I got some inexpensive kitchen appliances I’ve been eyeing up for a while. They also had a massive selection of yarn and other arts and crafts goods.

Have not shopped here, only go to donate and always leave my donation and go. Today I spoke to the attendant and he was a bit rude, standoffish and treated me as if I were bothering him.
He gave me the impression that they don't really want anything they cannot sell well... I realized that I should start taking my donation elsewhere.

Just a cute local thrift store! I found a couple of very cheap books and some vinyls. The staff are also very friendly. I was happy that we stopped by to have a look! Some sections are a little dusty and unorganized but it is a thrift store after all! Thrifting is all about luck and it's the thrill of the hunt that brings you in!

Just left this store. I honestly don't know if I'll be back. I did leave with some beautiful items. You definitely have to weed through the stained clothing to find the gems though. However, I have always loved shopping here! The clothing is not the reason for this review. I had a very uncomfortable shopping experience near the front register today. The two elderly women who were running the front register were very loudly bad mouthing another customer.

I realize that sometimes you need to vent to a coworker. However, calling a customer "annoying" amongst other rude remarks loudly in front of other customers is not ok. Especially when this person they were insulting was within earshot... Thankfully I don't think this lady heard. I hope this review reminds you to take this type of conversation to the break room. The lady you referred to as annoying was actually quite polite in my opinion. She was purchasing 3 large light fixtures and was asking about lowering the cost if possible... Seemed reasonable to me. Even if the answer was no or maybe it was not your call to make. I'm sure she didn't know this and was asking a question.

Regardless I felt bad for this woman that they were bashing. I'm hoping that not all of your volunteers act this way. To the two older women who were speaking like this... I hope you show more kindness to the people who enter your store. Times have been tough and the world could use more of that.

I tried to call to give constructive feedback. I go often to purchase things to support our hospital and community and yesterday was purchasing a large number of books to donate to a Seniors facility. I realized after taking the 25 books and putting them neatly to one side of the long counter my cart was in the way.while waiting my turn I left to put my cart away so people could get past. The woman yelled at me in front of everyone that I cant leave things in the way. She was so rude to me I was shocked. Then when I realized I had purchased a few hard covers that I would need more money she insisted I get a cart and fill up all the books again and then wait in line and start over the entire process. The interaction was unnecessarily rude and hostile. Just speak nicely to people...or help me even by keeping my box of books to the side for me so I could run across to the bank, as I've seen others be offered. I've witnessed this kind of aggressive and rude treatment before and I understand it's a volunteer effort but if you dont like people or have the patience for them perhaps find a different position in the store. There are other places to support so I think this will be the last time I come. Good luck with your work.
