First time coming here, parking is a factor, if busy expect long wait times for a parking spot. I saw a sign out front but was set in the bushes on the way out, so the depot can be easily missed like what happened with me. I thought the staff is good but needs a clear note on where to line up, it was a bit unclear.

Started coming here for my last few trips since they are open an hour later than my regular place, I don't count my empties before I return them as I would rather just do it at the depot and I kinda had an idea that the people at this location were ripping me off, so when I just finnished returning my empties now I made sure to count them before hand and the lady ign I red a bunch of my empties especially all of my mini bottles of single shots of alcohol, I even said "hey don't forget these ones" and she looked at me and said yes and then proceeded to not count them anyways. If you have to use this location, make sure that you count your empties yourself

They’ve always taken everything without issue. Love that I can take my cardboard, plastic bags, used paint and electronics here too. Location sucks for access and parking and it’s always tough to even get into the place but when you do it’s great.

I am a sophisticated first nations woman I am clean cut. I always look respectful and take very good care of myself. I return empties as I get them as tips from my clientele as I am self-employed, and I have my own business when I come here the girls who are of Indian descent. They are extremely prejudice. They give me very rude looks they treat me very poorly like I’m scum on this earth. This time I recorded a video of the horrible treatment I have been receiving ever since I moved to Delta and have been going to this bottle depot for the last two years religiously I am sick of it. I am fed up with it and I want these people removed from this business, and apologies to be given. The younger girl who always goes to the other young girl that works there they constantly speak in their language and stare at me and my family. When we bring in the empties this time, she looked at the older woman, and she told her in her own language for her to make her make us bring all of our trays of empties, which was a lot all the way to the opposite end just out of spite, and out of rudeness and prejudice, this needs to be addressed and this needs to be resolved. This is my home and native land. Why am I feeling like the minority when it comes to all of these businesses this needs to stop!
respect is needed. And racism is unacceptable in Canada!!!!! I also wanted to add to my review that I have video clips and recordings of the disrespect from this business and them speaking in their own language, right in front of me talking trash I have evidence and a whole lot of it if anyone wants to see, and if the owner of the business sees this, I can also provide you with more information as well For some reason when I try uploading videos to my review, it won’t accept it but I will happily send it to whoever wants to see it. Thanks.

Yea the girl didn’t count properly, not even close. I’d recommend going somewhere else, where they know basic math.
