I have never been to a business this filthy! Absolutely everything is scattered everywhere, they don’t have any carts to bring your trays of empties up to the counter also there are so many people inside waiting to get up to the counter to get their money that it’s very difficult to find an area to sort your empties .I don’t think the stainless counters have ever been cleaned…Not to mention the fact that if a label happens to come off of a plastic drink container they won’t pay u for it.(had lots identical still with the label on it)do not let yourself get scammed by these guys. I haven’t ever had a problem with it before with a label falling off. I don’t understand how they are still open with how dirty it is in there!

I DO NOT recommend coming here with your already cleaned and counted bags. She'll cut them open and start recounting. I spend months collecting my empties at home. Cleaning and counting. Me, myself and I. I have never had any issues with my regular Return it. But I will NOT give my business to this ignorance. Encorp and This location can pound sand.

I dropped off a bag in July (735)
Small milk containers. Contacted them all summer to look into the situation why my money wasn't deposited into my account. After two months of going back and forth they said they couldn't find the bag. So obviously one of their staff members is dishonest and this is not the first this has happened. I would be careful dropping off bags at the return it express.

well scam is real in this store. they don't know how to count or they just keep on doing that!. i did my best to help them by putting all the cans and bottles in tray properly so its easily to count, i told them also how many cans and bottle per tray but they count it and put wrong qty. very disappointed! i ask them how come... but they just looked at me and threw away all the cans and bottles. well i'm sorry but you better think of going on this store.

Worst experience ever. Employee are straight up rude and do not care what you are looking for except for the fact that you pay them for the product and go away. Put a policy at entrance "U pick, U pay and U get lost

The lady at the front, Cory, is extremely rude. I brought cardboard to recycle and was sent away because it was too much - it was literally a box from a piece of patio furniture that doesn't fit in residential recycling. Isn't that the point of a Return It depot?

If you're dropping off cans, they have a "you-drop-we-sort" program which is super convenient!

terrible customer service - do not go here. they barely speak english and are rude. they have signs displaying of what items they accept but will not accept it when you go there. they told me to 'put it in recycling cans at home' even though it was an acceptable item.
