Well organized and fast. Nice thing is you can set up an account and drop off your recyclables at any one of their many locations. Staff appear very friendly and engaged in getting things done efficiently.

Just spent an hour an a half waiting to pass in recycling... had 5 bags. Only 2 people working to accept recycling. About 45-50 minutes into waiting, people started walking in the front door, some with 7+ bags and were served before us. In total 6 people who walked in 45 minutes or more were served before us. Awful customer service.

It all the staff are courteous and friendly, last time there the lady was rude asked a question and she never answered just gave me a glare, bad day, leave it at home
