Absolutely terrible experience. Storage unit had water come in due to a rain gutter being drained out by our door, drain spout was removed and we were never informed about any of this. Went to clear our items out , everything is molded. Thousands of dollars in furniture ruined. Sam himself will not even offer to help in any way for the damages, and has been rude and terrible to deal with. If you want dry storage unit , want someone good to deal with as a business, and want someone that stands behind the security of your items…stay far away from this place

We rented a 10x20 unit for the past 7 months and from move-in to move-out had a great experience with Sam's Storage. They were always easy to reach and the online account and automated monthly payment made everything very simple. Access 24/7 and the units are very new and clean and the video surveillance was great for peace of mind. Only a 10-min drive from uptown Fredericton. For anyone storing moisture-sensitive household items (furniture, etc.) rather than business products and equipment like we did, I would recommend placing all items on pallets or something slightly raised from floor level, as moisture can develop between the concrete and item. All in all, very pleased with the rental and would highly recommend — thanks Sam's!

Online billing system is very convenient. Units are very secure with alarm system and option for 2 locks 🔒. The parking lot is ALWAYS plowed and kept clean. Units all have their own light and there are power outlets every few units. Sam is great to deal with. 11/10 best self storage around
