The dumpster arrived on time, clean, and exactly as promised. The delivery driver was courteous and placed it exactly where I needed without any hassle. Pickup was just as smooth, with no mess left behind.

Problem free and no surprises on the invoice. Charges were reasonable and explained beforehand and the bin was dropped off and picked up without any damage or hassle, didn’t need to be home either. Company also very quick to respond with questions. Would use again.

They may be the cheapest but that’s where the value stops. Had a bin brought from them, when the driver arrived I offered him two sheets of 3/4 plywood to protect my brand new driveway. He told me not to worry he has some. I went to a meeting and came back to find he had put a couple of fence boards under the roller and nothing opposite side. By this time It has already begun to sink into my new driveway. I confronted them about this and was told to provide pictures. I provided the pictures and never got a response. I followed up no response.

I asked them not to take payment until we come to a settlement on the damages. At this time the owner called me a liar and said I never offered his driver plywood (I did and should not have needed to, this is industry standard I have dozens of pictures I took of their competitors bins around town and everyone has wood under both ends). He said he’d stop by with the driver to take a look and discuss. He never did but claimed he took a look and could barely make out the damage. Problem with his statement is I was home and never saw him plus why didn’t he come to the door. And of course the most important detail my car was parked over the damage blocking it when he claims to have stopped by, he obviously lied.

My bill was approximately 300$ all I wanted was to discuss what I believe to be a fair resolution (100$ off my bill as this is what the company who installed the driveway quoted me to repair). Regrettably I was never given this opportunity, the ownership just wanted to duck the issue and when finally confronted called me a liar.

From the initial booking and reservation process I was concerned about the customer service (had to follow up repeatedly to get confirmation bin was coming). I should have caught on then. This is a company that has grown by offering the lowest price but done so at the cost of any customer service. Be aware of what type of business you are dealing with before booking with them. Personally I’d recommend paying the extra few dollars and dealing with a respectable organization. I have used Hersey’s in the past and had great experiences this time I tried to save $10 and ended up costing me an extra 100$ and lost of frustration and hassle.

This is the first ever online review I have ever posted but this experience was too concerning not to share with my fellow consumer.

Great Service, The bin was on time the price was right. The driver took a lot of care coming into our driveway ( we have over head wires). We needed the bin removed on a Sunday and they made arrangements to accommodate us with out any extra fees. I would highly recommend Safari to anyone and I would use them again without a doubt. The bin was clean and nicely painted unlike most that are all beat up and rusty looking.

Very happy with our recent Safari experience. They were easy to get ahold of and nice on the phone, as well as being able to give us same day service. The driver brought his own material to protect our clients driveway, and was very easy to deal with. Will definitely use them in the future!

After my grandmother passed we were left with quite a mess to clean up at her property. I called another company but they didn’t seem to be to helpful with info. I requested a bin from Safari “online” “request a bin” on there website I included my address and credit card info and also where I’d like the bin placed. It arrived the date requested and in the perfect location. I then went online and requested a pick up and they came the day I requested. The receipt was emailed to me after they processed my credit card. The whole experience was incredible with how easy it was. I highly recommend Safari Rent a bin.

Called to rent a 10 yard bin for a week, person on the other end was prompt, polite and very easy to understand.

They delivered it the next business day. The dumpster itself was in good condition and had been cleaned decently well after the previous user. Once I had finished loading it with a variety of debris and refuse I used the online form to request an early pickup. Received a response within a short timeframe that the bin would be picked up the next day.

The next day the bin had been picked up without any direct contact or interaction required and a few days later the invoice arrived without any surprise fees or charges and inline with the website's pricing (Outside of HST).
