I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional, refusing to provide her name when asked and then abruptly hanging up on me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I expected better communication and respect when reaching out for assistance. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Electrician spent a few hours per shift in the bathroom while I was working from home. When I questioned the hours inherent to the invoice I was labelled as "immature". Go with Wildrose or Mountainspired and avoid Shyster2Shyster.

Excellent workmanship by Chris and Ryan on my renovation project! They wired new pot lights, hard wired automatic blinds, installed new light fixtures, wired new appliances and kitchen cabinet lighting above and under the upper cabinets and along the toe kick. Had a ground pin fail on a piece of equipment and needed a replacement. Had our machine serviced by the next morning promptly and efficiently. Out the door price was what was quoted over the phone. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Overcharged for a ceiling fan installation. We had a tricky fan to install, was advised the electrician would arrive at 1pm, he called at 1.15pm. I had to leave for an appointment, when i returned he said he needed a battery for the remote, so i headed back out again to get one. Upon return i called him to let me in and he said wrong number and hung up. He then called me back to let me in. I was charged for 2.5 hour when he was only there for at least 1.75 hours. When i mentioned to 'Stu' as i called to advise i felt i was a cheated, he became rude and abrupt to me and asked for my credit card details which i did not want to pay with credit as i have the cash allocated for the work. He rudely told me to put it in an envelope and drop in the box behind his office (which i have never been to) I asked if i should address it to anyone in particular but i was talking myself as he had already hung up on me. I will never use this business again or recommend to any family or friends here in Canmore!
