Greatest experience ever!!!
It was a Saturday after hours...our furnace stopped working(-15°C) while we were at work and our poor pets( dog and 2 lovebirds) were left in the cold. No local heating company would answer the phone. Roy called me back within 15mins and walked me thru, in great detail, what needed to be done in order to get out home heated again.
He was so detailed and knew exactly what needed to be done for our type/make of furnace(installed 1993)
I've never in my life dealt with such an understanding and helpful business owner.

My furnace had a big noise. I called them. The guy came. Obviously he moved slowly intendedly and wasted the time. (He went out twice,maybe for a rest?) . Including the wasted time he used only one hour but tried to charge one and half hour is the end. When he left, my furnace problem came back right away. Very bad experience and I got a lesson.
One week later day my furnace stopped working, I called them again, I told the receptionist about my experience and asked to send me a better guy, the lady got angry and refused and asked me to look for another company!!!
Finally I called the Hinton plumbing &Heating , the guy named Gregory is really good, he fixed my problem effectively, my furnace started working without any noise!

Would recommend for sure. With this recent deep freeze I had water heater issues. Made the phone call in the morning, tech showed up to my house by the afternoon. The Service Technician Colton was super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to inform me of the cause of the issue as well as recommendations to prevent from further issues. Super happy and definitely gained a customer here!

Woke up to the smell of what seemed like diesel exhaust, turned out to be the furnace, which I shut off. Called Roy's Heating and they were there the same morning. Great service and thank-you. Love your text updates and prompt invoicing as well. Great to know that you can pay on-line too.

These guys are awesome. The heat went out in our store on a Saturday and they were the only ones to answer their phone. They went way out of their way to help us even though they had not installed the furnace. Unfortunatly after the town had been scoured for new or used parts they couldnt get our unit fixed but it wasnt for lack of effort on their part! Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with

We needed a last minute minute hot water tank replacement...on a Saturday. When I phoned I was told it was not a problem, someone could get to it right away. They were super friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment on Tuesday for them to come Friday. They didn't arrive at the set time, waited a few hours and then called them. My work order was lost in a pile on the desk and didn't get given to the plumbers. They were done in Hinton for the day and wouldn't be able to assist us till next week. Not reliable.

They were supposed to check my furnace he was only here for maybe 20 minutes gave the furnace good evaluation three weeks later in minus 12 weather furnace broke down called someone else they said the circuit board was burnt and so was the ignitor I will never trust roy’s again do not use them it’s a waste of money
