Would rate 0 stars if I could. They were out this past summer for a sewer back up issue and I thought they did a well enough job. Not even 6 months later, we had another sewer back up. Called roto rooter around 6pm and they said they were unable to come out and to call back the next morning to make an appointment, so we called another company instead. The technician said that he could see that the roots causing the back up were never actually removed, holes were poked in them to make the issue appear to have been fixed. Called roto rooter the next day to discuss this situation and woman on the phone was rude and immediately got defensive. She just wanted to argue and did not actually care to solve the issue or apologize. Roto router basically said tough - no refund or other resolution was offered. Take a look at how the other one star review was responded to (“I’m sorry YOU didn’t understand…”)! It tells you everything you need to know about their customer service. They cut corners and won’t be accountable to their actions.

Had a serious back up after doing laundry in my downstairs bathtub. Jason was awesome and cleared the problem in one hour.
Use these folks for back ups. Several plumbers referred me to another disaster service. Not required.
Another plumber said the earliest appt was March 8 or two weeks away!
Root rooter came out in one hour!
Best service ever.

Consider looking at other options if you want to use this company . I have used them for a couple of years for annual sewer line clean and prices have always been decent . Few days ago called to request for annual service and tech dispatched the following day . Because she had my credit card , no invoice was sent but my card charged almost twice of what I used to pay annual and her reason for that was that I have to pay for the time the tech drove from their office to my house .
Very ridiculous. Average time to run a snake through sewer line is about 45mins max but got charged for 1.5hours .

The lady (Crystal) was an embarrassment, argued and very unprofessional . No element of empathy and was just all about the money she charged .
Never will I used roto rooter again and I will be sharing my experience with fellow community members .

I do not recommend Roto Rooter Regina , Pricy and outrageous charges .

I can not say enough good things on the level of service that Kaleb and Derrick delivered today to help resolve my bathroom sink issue. They were beyond professional and had excellent problem solving skills to get to the root cause of the issue. I appreciated the way they communicated the cause of the problem how they were going to get things sorted. I would highly recommend this team for any plumbing challenge you face around the house.

Roto Rooter Regina provided excellent service. They replaced sewer line under the house in 1.5 day, something their competion estimated to take 3 days. The work was very well organized and of high quality. The installers were very nice and clean. They also provided good and honest advises. I highly recommend this company for any job.

We had cast iron sewer line replaced last winter, and had them install a sump pump this month. The office called before they came, and they came on time. We had quotes, and they explained very thoroughly. The work was very efficient, and clean. Both office staff and Darren are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Nice enough people and let my kitten out of the room before they left like I asked but they used my counter tops as a work bench putting their tools by my speakers and glasses. They left a gross mess of my floors with sticky residue all over with mud trailed throughout the house. My white cupboards are stained black and yellow by the area of work. There is a thick layer of dust everywhere from the work they did because they did not contain the work area so I have to spend an entire day cleaning my home.

Leroy and Shane were so quick to take off; they forgot their hose extension, and didn't clean up the mess from the back-flowing sewer line (clogged by tree roots).

I contacted their office as per the response from the owner requesting that I contact their office. The owner attempted to deny just about everything; so I am not sure why he wanted me to contact aside from trying make it look like he actually cares when he doesn't. My review is accurate, and it is honest.
