***UPDATE*** The company has reached out to us and the trash has been removed!! Thank you to Monika (Sales Manager) for dealing with this for us. Much appreciated.

As new owners of a business that does not have contract for oil pick up with this company we are deeply disappointed in how they handled the trash that was in one of the bins from the previous owners. We got a call from them alerting us that a driver was by and noticed trash in one of the bins. I explained that the bins were there when we took over and that their issue was with the former owners. We have an oil pick up contract with a different company. Their solution was to come pick up the bins and dump all of the trash in our back alley. What kind of company does this?

Mandarin Barrie Location
1 tank full of waste oil and 4 drums all full of waste oil.
Called countless times to request for a pick up.
Even called this morning, to make sure that they come this morning. The costumer rep told me that we are schedule for today.
It’s 6pm now, still no one show up.
And now we are facing the long weekend with no where to store the waste oil.

These guys didnt pay for last 10 months for our 4 stores...When we asked they were someone was stealing your oil etc....Dave is not a nice person he never respomse just fake promise...Never reccomend this company to anyone
