This is by far one of the best bottle depots in the city! Hands down they have the most incredible customer service! The staff have always been kind and go above and beyond to make sure it's a positive, lovely experience. They are always fast, efficient and give you a full accurate refund. The facility is always clean, always lots of staff working who are ready to help get you through as quickly and efficiently as possible. I always 100% recommend this bottle Depot to anyone who wants a full refund, accurate numbers (they don't short you like many others do in town) and amazing customer service!

I will say the staff is pleasant to deal and helpful. I have been going to this location for years. It seemed the amount I was walking away with got smaller and smaller each time. I don’t mind a miscount by a bit or even a dollars or two gone “missing”. I decided to pre count my bottles this time. 8 bags totalling $64.60. What did I walk away with you ask $39.00 and change. That is not a miscount. That is blatantly stealing from me. I will not be going to that location again.

They got automatic spinny ma jigs that count the bottles! Polite friendly staff on site to help sort your bottles quick as a whip! Decent return for a few bags too $$ Good job fellas!

We came here this morning and the gentleman who was working was sooooo sweet to my 3 year old daughter. It was her first time coming with me and she was nervous by how loud it was and he chatted with her and gave her lollipop. Really impressed by the service! When we left my daughter said: “mom that man was so nice!”

all bottles are 10c..in some bottle depots, 4L milk jugs are 25c..i’m giving 2 for cleanliness and bottles are counted properly by the machine..

edit: i dont know how to reply to the owner’s comment but i appreciate you taking a look at this..the link in the reply shows 25c for containers that are more than 1L..my receipt shows 10c for all, the date and time of my visit is shown in my receipt..march 9 at 3:18pm. thanks!

I had an excellent experience at this location. Quick and fast bottle system. Bottle counts 100% accurate!!
The counters were also very friendly. Gave you direction where to be. Even received a friendly smile or two. They made you feel important - ie. like a customer.
This company is a GREAT example of how customer service should be. I even left a tip! I WILL definitely come back to this location. Keep up the great work, @Roper Road Bottle Depot !!
