I am satisfied with the solar panel. Even on cloudy days, it generates decent power, and in sunny weather, it shows consistently high power. The assembly is high quality.

I made a small purchase (~$75) from their website. The wrong product was delivered. After a customer service interaction I would describe as incredibly dodgy, they agreed to take it back and issue a refund. Eventually I got a return label from them and shipped back the product. Canada Post tracking confirmed delivery. Then nothing. After pursuing with customer service multiple times over a month, they have still not issued the refund. BTW they barely interact through the web chat and will leave you wondering if anyone is even there. (They are, they just ignore you.) And they don't respond via email.

Great customer service. I have a solar panel that after a few months had connection issues in the panel where it folds and they where both polite, and quick about shipping out a replacement.
