If you decided to drive a van with your company's logo, please drive properly.
In this morning, everyone was lined up on the Marine DR, but the driver with this company's logo cut into the lane with high speed at the end of the road.
After 5 minutes, the driver did same thing-cut into the lane at the end of the line when he/she merges into the highway to Richmond.
Do you think people are just lined up and waiting in one line because they are stupid?- No, they are waiting because they know the manners and have a common sense for a community.

I can tell how this company works by looking at how the driver is selfish and shameless.

I needed some vent caps to replace a couple of defunct watering systems with. They had some surplus used ones that they happily provided free of charge. Very satisfied.

If I could rate this company lower that 1 star I would. Or at the very least, the driver of this vehicle.

On Friday evening the this person came home from work they decided to park their vehicle right up to the bumper of the flat Deck ahead and well within 3 meters of the end out my driveway. Before the person went inside he was asked to move, as we can’t access our driveway properly, we are unable to see beyond his vehicle to on coming traffic when trying to exit. Not only that, we are a corner lot right at a busy intersection. The employee who drives this vehicle completely disregarded our word shrugged his shoulders and left the vehicle there all weekend. We have kids, and dogs, and the fact that we cannot access our HOME safety and this person just shrugs his shoulder not a word is incredibly disrespectful.

I do not recommend this company, if they can’t hire people who follow the law on the road and hire people who completely disregard public safety because they are too lazy to park further down the street then they shouldn’t be able to conduct business at all.

Especially since they were asked and the person simple didn’t care.

Edit to add since business owner post: an employee driving your company vehicle, with the company logo, is representing your business at all hours, whether it’s business hours or not. In addition, by laws were called, but they work on a priority basis. Lastly, my review is factual, not an attack. It’s an experience I had with one of your employees, working for your business, in your vehicle. Best business practice is to acknowledge, find a solution, and move forward. Not taking accountability, is demonstrating that you don’t really care all much either. So as a potential customer, that is appalling.

And for the record, reviews can be edited and adjusted. Had you responded in a more professional manner, with kindness and compassion my review could have been edited. There is such thing as client/customer recovery.
