The staff are wonderful! I appreciate their awareness, friendliness, and professionalism! The facility is very clean, and everything is organized, and signs are big and clear!

I am especially grateful for a particular male staff (Wed, Sept 11th @ 2pm)… He saved my car from being backed up into by a large truck! Thank you very much for stopping the driver from further backing up!!! Eternally grateful!!!

Best recycling depot in the lower mainland by far! Staff is sooo friendly and very helpful and the layout and access is easy. We have been to many of the recycle depots including the Burnaby and Vancouver ones, always so busy and very rarely do stuff help. Thanks Lynas lane for being awesome!

Been frequently coming here recently due to cleaning up my parents home of 50 years. Every time I come here, the guys and gals have been so great—helpful, available, offering to unload the car, friendly, etc. Service with a smile, which to this old guy, is a breath of fresh air and sorely lacking in most customer service oriented businesses today.
I wish I had a place like this where I live!

Is it possible to rate a recycling depot? As a city service and overall service, yes, and 5+ stars! I have seen others comment on the positive attitude of the staff. They are all very friendly, they will offer and give help with questions, advice, unloading, and even advise where to go when they do not take something. Every time I have come here in the last 14 years, they have been consistent in that. I can honestly say that I would recommend some store/restaurant staff that we have met with uninterested behaviour could learn something from the people who work here.
This depot had an overhaul recently making it more tidy and efficient. They used to be closed Mondays but now they are 7 days a week. Clear signage everywhere. I do not remember them taking lightbulbs and batteries before, so used to drop them off at the hardware store close by, but I will bring them here from now on.
Sometimes if I have small stuff, I park outside and bring it in. You can also get replacement blue bins and yellow bags here, but the green bins you need to order online.

The staff are so nice and helpful! One staff always says Hi to me when I drop off my flexible plastics at this recycling depot. I am grateful that this recycling depot is close to my neighbourhood.

There was a bit of a line up to get into the place with your vehicle, for a very good reason! There were several staff who are directing traffic and maintaining social distancing. It's worth going to any day of the week.

Amazing area, I didn’t expect that. Staff are super friendly and helpful
