I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store! The owner and staff truly go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and valued. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and helpful suggestions. It's clear that they care deeply about their customers and the quality of their products. Not only did I receive exceptional service, but the staff also took the time to personally ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The attention to detail and level of service are unmatched, making this place a little hidden gem in Burlington. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch products and service! I'll definitely be returning

Not pleased with my experience. I went in to sell some great items - Aritzia, urban outfitters oak and fort, Zara… Everything in mint condition. Because the owner wasn’t there and isn’t there during all store hours I wasn’t able to sell my items. I came from out of town, so expected to schedule my next visit around store hours or the owner’s schedule? (Which couldn’t be confirmed) That’s not very professional, it would be nice if they could expand their policies to prioritize the customer. Also the store smelled like fish. Will be selling my items elsewhere.

- the owner’s responses just continue to get more and more rude, which just goes to show a lack of professionalism and just continues to prove my point. The owner is RUDE and apparently my experience was not isolated, hence the other reviews. Also funny to see after my negative review, they have a random influx of positive reviews lolol coincidence? I think not. Anywho 🙂

Avoid this place at all costs. I made the unfortunate mistake of recommending this store to a friend, only for her to experience some of the worst customer service imaginable. Not only were the staff incredibly rude and dismissive both in person and online, but the owner’s unprofessional, defensive response to her review only solidified how little they care about their customers.

She went in expecting a straightforward transaction—selling clothing, a service clearly advertised on the Revol'ver website. Instead, she was met with vague, unhelpful responses from staff who clearly had no interest in assisting her. She was told only the owner could assess the clothes for direct purchase, but conveniently, the owner wasn’t in. When she asked when she could return, the staff shrugged her off with a completely useless, "I don't know. Sometimes she pops in on ______, sometimes it's another day." No attempt to provide actual information, no offer to follow up—just pure indifference.

After leaving a completely valid negative review, the owner of the store responded in the most unprofessional way possible—petty, dismissive, and dripping with an attitude that makes it clear she couldn't care less about customer concerns. No apology, no accountability, just another example of how this store operates: with arrogance and a total lack of respect for the people keeping their business afloat.

It’s honestly pathetic. A store can have the best merchandise in the world, but if the staff act like they’re doing customers a favor by simply existing, what’s the point? I regret ever recommending this place and will make sure no one I know ever steps foot in there. Based on their track record, I’m sure the owner will respond to this with the same passive-aggressive, unprofessional nonsense—but at this point, it only proves the point further. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been a customer at this store for over 20 years both as a shopper and a consigner. The store is beautifully organized and the staff and owner are always very friendly. They carry a great selection of clothing brands and also fun accessories. I have purchased and consigned a lot of clothing here over the years and will continue to return because of its exceptional quality and service.

The best consignment store in the area! The selection of clothes is so well curated. The owner Elisa is lovely and so helpful. I always have a positive experience, both when I’m consigning my clothes and shopping. Cannot recommend enough!
