Alex is a consummate professional. Every step of the way he made sure the work was done properly and to our satisfaction. We had a sewage back up and within 2 hours, Alex and his team arrived to take care of everything. They literally took care of it all and made the process painless and easy for us. He put our minds at ease and walked us through the process. He checked in with us every step of the way and was very accommodating to our needs and wants. The restoration was completed on time, within budget and we were extremely satisfied with all the work they did. Our basement looks as beautiful as ever thanks to Alex and his team. He explained everything clearly and even worked with me on the price so we could find a solution that worked for both of us.
