First off I am going to call out an employee named Pam, never have I ever seen someone so ignorant and unprofessional in my 35 years of working in customer service as she was. You do NOT talk down or degrade someone who is coming to your service like you did my father and husband. It was totally inappropriate and doing it with a smile on your face. I’m not being facetious when I say you should be ashamed of yourself for acting like you did, and you should be fired. I’ve read other people’s comments and you seem to have a terrible attitude with a lot of people. If you are the “scale master” as you called yourself then maybe act like one, masters lead by example not ignorance or being a verbal bully. We have used this facility on other occasions and never was told we had to pay $275 to dump maybe 5 wheel barrels of clean soil. I will be sure to make sure that everyone knows exactly what they will be dealing with when they visit this facility. I am also going to be contacting the owner to make sure that they are aware of this situation. It’s apparent that Pam is allowed to continue with the negativity even after multiple bad reviews. I hope for the company’s sake and reputation that they deal with her in a proper manner, people deserve respect not disrespect, especially in a business that deals with the public.

The new girl Stephanie at the scale is a sigh of relief when she’s working.. always smiling and making the customers feel welcomed, she represents your company very well.. Pam on the other hand is a slow moving train wreck

If you want to ruin your day, talk to Pam in the scale house. She is by far the most misrable person I have ever came in contact with in my life. No matter what you do right she will find a way to make sure she belittles you into thinking your'e doing something wrong.

Wow, dont waste anytime going here. Rude, nasty, ignorant lady at office, dont take trash unless you pick out what they dont want, they dont take normal payment methods. Total wast of time.
