之前去了另一個回收點，想看看更多其他回收點的經驗，原來真的有一點點分別。雖然都只是將汽水罐和其他飲品樽回收號取回費用，不過這兩家維修店都還是在程序上有些微的不一樣。這一家外邊的停車位好像少一點點，但我平日去還是有很多車位，不過它放回收罐的籃子在店門口沒有蓋的地方，今天剛好下雨，所以所有籃子本來已經不太乾淨，現在還是濕了的，如果雨大就更要冒著雨將罐子放在籃裡，比上一間在店內放沒那麼好。其餘過程還好，有趣的是員工點收瓶罐後會打一將單子出來，然後自己到一部機前掃描後出零錢，這樣會減少員工出錯或其他問題。

Not very honest way to do things here, because the rush I didn't check the real amount of bottle until got home. Checking with the receipt they counted over 200 bottles, and I knew half of them were 2L ones, on the receipt they paid $0.10 for all the bottles, the 2L are $0.20-0.25 each. Calculating it was short around $10. It is not the operators fault, for sure he was instructed to do it. I'll find other places with more honest people to do the recycling.

Answer to the response:
I was wrong commenting without knowing the changes in the deposit prices, my apologies.
But know the question is if all bottles regardless material or size are $0.10 what's the point insorting them at the recycling center? don't we pay a recycling fee to be sorted by recycling personnel?

I went there for CAN/plastic bottle return. Previously, they will told me how many baskets have been used (24pcs each) to confirm how many pcs for return.

Yesterday, I went there and returned more than 5 hundreds. The guy don’t tell me how many I returned and only gave me the receipt. As my hand was dirty, I haven’t check and went to wash my hand. After that, I found 3 baskets should be miscounted and everything have took away. So, I can’t do any complain.

So, I write this review to let everyone know that you need to tell the guy how many you have (approximately) to prevent confusion!

Anyway, the service there is good!

The date was Feb.14 5:15pm. U can saw that I have used 23 baskets on the picture attached and the receipt show 454.

Large place with lots of parking. Friendly staff. I enjoy coming to this place and appreciate that they maintain and keep the place clean. Usually not busy.

What the stand out to me in this location verse to other depots is staff are working in a friendly manner. They are quite respectful overall. Most of the time, they trust the numbers that I gave them, because they can tell I am honest. This morning, I came to return a small return, 165 cans and bottles, to the front-end staff, APINDER. She caught my attention by exceptional greeting and polite toward customers. Her cheerful and sincere attitude have stood out among her colleagues, although others are wonderful as well. For workers who make a minimum paid in a limited heating area in the factify have such sweet positive working spirit, it is rare. This is the first time I met her working here as I come in the afternoon or on the weekend usually. I gave four stars is because of the cash dispenser doesn't always function well.

I've been coming here for years with great service! Now there seems to be some new employees and the service has gone straight down hill. This is the first time I have ever come and had carts available with zero trays. So I fill multiple carts and over that 45min period of time still no trays available. Once I get to the person to count it all he refuses me service. I even offered to help him count but he refused me service and told me to put them all in trays. As his coworker then brought out trays. No matter how busy it has been in the past I have never been refused service or had zero trays be available. This is unacceptable.

I dropped off 4 extra large bags of cans and juice boxes for fast drop, yet I only got $4.60 returned. I got robbed.

I asked the boy at the front where do I put the loose plastic. The little boy at the front said "AT HOME!" The boy was picking out some loose plastic from my trays and he almost dropped them to the ground.

I'm like, "OK, Mr. Tough guy. Enjoy working at the bottle depot." What if I have the PLASTIC RIGHT HERE IN YOUR FACE AND YOU DEAL WITH PLASTIC. Please don't bother. Seems pretty stupid that this place calls itself a recycling depot but they don't deal with loose plastics. I had to find a dumpster to dump it. All thanks to this environmentally friendly bottle depot and its shrewd policies towards taking loose plastics.
