Asked for snow clearing in a zone 4, she told me to google RMWB to get notifications, I go there and there is nothing, how are we supposed to know when to move vehicles if your staff simply turns me away, I’m now back to where I started and I’ll get the same answer. What do you expect the public to do? Now what do I do ?

Side walks never shoveled, people walking on roads, we should get tax reductions for what they don't do. If someone gets hit from walking on the road are they legally responsible? The only part they shovel and salt is about a 3 ft patch by a crosswalk so people can go across to safely get to the 4ft snow bank that is the rest of the sidewalk each way for the whole winter.....total discrace.

Complete nightmare. Completely pointless government office. Should send these people out to the real world to actually contribute to society instead of leaching off of us. Feels like stepping into some cult where anyone from outside is mistrusted. No customer service and a complete lack of respect for anyone visiting. People look like they hate their lives. No one smiles or has the intiative to want to help u. More in common with a third world country where officials feel they are above the people and you have to bribe someone to get something done. Not sure what we pay them for but I hope their jobs get cut with the next government. Productivity should be important when it concerns helping the ones in need. Again, another building that is an eye sore and should be torn down. We pay enough taxes here to deserve better than this.

Not sure if the town is broke or what , but everywhere road is icy and snow covered. Maybe lay down some salt and plow and little more.
