Everyone, please read contract word by word. If you are not aware about the additional contract fee (on the top of service and admin fee and regular atco charges) every month each for both electricity and natural gas and also penalty of 250 dollars if you wish to exit from regional energy, then you will feel trapped. I had switched to regional energy just 3 months ago seeing better rates but, now my final bills are increased by at least 50 % every month. I am going back to my previous supplier, knowing regional energy will charge me 250 dollars fine. It is worthy moving away from regional energy.

I signed up with Regional Energy as their rates seemed better than the competitors; however, when receiving my first bill I was shocked to see a contract fee for both Electricity and gas! The fees make the price per unit more expensive than the competitors. Their rates are two tier as well meaning the more you use the higher the rate!
They will allow you to cancel the contract for $250 without exception…..
Therefore stay with the bigger more reputable companies as what seems cheaper becomes more expensive!

My acount has been deactivated 2 months ago and i still have a bill of 7$ When i check the statement is a tax? For what This company is full of scam. Guys be smart and compare your bills on your old provider first dont get blind on their low plan. Because of their hidden fee your bill is more expensive even they have a chepest plan and be mindful of their gas they have a 250$ penalty if you discountinue the plan. Be smart and dont get blind with their cheap plan.

dont be decieved by their cheaper plan. they still cost you more, they charge you for contract fee for 59c. a day per site so it will be 18$ per site total of 36$ amonth. they have morecheaper plan but at the end of the month it will be more expensive. just review the term and calculate. also mention they have exit fee for gas. worst decision i made.. though i get more cheaper bill.

Reply lol! i used 740kwh qnd 2.6gjs and i pay 291? i used 840 and 6gjl on a 10.39khw and 5.9gjs and my bill is only 310? lol its commonsense. your using your cheap plan at the end you guys charge more!!

I have been using them for a little while now ( power only fixed 5) and they are great. The rates are more than fair, their support is very friendly, and overall smooth experience. I contacted them a couple of times now to clarify some questions prior to to joining and to get my bill to line up with my pay period and they have been very helpful. Honestly the best support staff of any company in recent memory.

They are the most expensive company out there don't believe there rates they just keep putting there rates up and up, no billing no breakdown of bills

Switched to Regional Energy a year ago, absolutely amazing company. Staff is easy going and understands customer service with so many great personalities. They made one mistake with not responding to an email but quickly made up for it. These folks will do right by you and help you out. I've already recommended Regional Energy to all my friends and family, this is a great company.

When others are talking the price of their utility bill, I compare with mine and I am winning by far. When we picked Regional we compared them with everyone and they came out on top!!
