I want to thank Red Star Electric for dealing with a problem we had in a speedy and professional manner. We had a wall outlet that would lose power but not pop the breaker, it would cut out and come back to life on its own. Even though they were busy they sent an electrician to deal with it right away, he quickly determined it was a faulty outlet and replaced it with a new one. Having a electrical problem in your house can be a little nerve racking so we were very grateful to have it fixed in a speedy manner. Thanks again Red Star and should we need any further electrical work you will be our first choice.

Great service came out and measured. The problem was getting the quote. We had to wait for 2 weeks just to get it. I understand covid, but there was no follow up with us, we had to call and beg for the quote. The quote was too expensive, and we chose not to go with them. Thanks again for the opportunity.
