Book services elsewhere. Abrasive cleaning tool was used on my book nook, leaving very visible scuffs, lots of areas were very clearly missed as you can see in the photos. I contacted them regarding the missed areas and the scuffs, after a lot of back and forth and being told I would be discounted a certain amount, as well as that someone would come by to get the missed areas and to see if they could possible buff the scuff out. I was
-charged not with the discount I was told I would get
-nothing was done or attempted to be done to fix the book nook
-i honestly don't think anyone actually came by to do these areas that were missed?

My stager and realtor both asked me for the name of this company cause they thought the service was so awful. Oooooof! Yea, book elsewhere. 🙂

Edit: as per the reply, actually a key was left out for them to get in, since I was not able to accommodate the times they said they'd come by to try and fix those areas! And yes it didn't effect the sale of the house, because I fixed it lol. I sanded it and re-rolled paint on the areas that were damaged. And cleaned the areas left behind myself too.
I was also initially told a different discounted amount then what I was billed so... Yeah sorry. I'm not a mean human who leaves bad reviews for fun. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Many raves and thanks to Sharon, Azra and Kim. They went above and beyond for our move out clean despite extenuating circumstances, they adapted their schedule to come back a second day when it was needed because the job was bigger and more complicated that we had anticipated. Their professionalism and hard work made an extremely stressful situation more than bearable. There were issues that came up that they handled with courtesy and kindness, I cannot say enough positive things about these 3 ladies.

I would also like to mention that out of the 15 companies I called located between Edmonton and Red Deer, they were the only ones who responded that were willing and able to travel to Wetaskiwin AB to do the clean.

Unfortunately I have to leave a one star review based on the fact that I contacted this company to come clean my house and I get a call the day the house is suppose to be cleaned saying that the work load was to much for the cleaner to do and they cancelled it. Then I removed items from the list which the original list wasn’t that bad and the cleaner was not answering her phone according to the owner. Apparently cleaning floors, baseboards, washrooms, and blinds(four to be exact) is to much this not including my carpets which I didn’t ask them to do. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if you plan on booking ahead of time. The cleaners name was Jody that was suppose to come. Totally unbelievable, they did not even bother to get someone else or give me a discounted rate for another time/booking to make up for their failure to provide the service. They should hire descent people that actually show up, this is bad for business as I’m a multi-house client.
