Horrible service horrible customer service over the phone and worse in person. They dont have the decensy of telling you how much it is per ton they make you drive all the way there for no good reason and treat people like we as customers are also scrap. The girl on the phone is very rude!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this scrap yard today. The staff were unprofessional, and it was clear that their main goal was to buy everything as cheaply as possible, even by unfair means.

Every piece of stainless steel I brought was falsely labeled as regular iron just to lower the price. They also made up random excuses to avoid buying certain items altogether. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers rather than offering fair deals.

If you’re looking for a scrap yard with transparent pricing and fair treatment, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place does not value its customers or conduct business in an honest manner.

Today i try to sell some aluminum they told me it is clean but when i went for money i saw they wrote not clean

They gave me 5$ for two catalytic converters. I called them before coming but they don't give prices over the phone. For some reason I went with that. Later I called another place where they could have paid me at least 60$. It would be less insulting to just donate them somewhere. The place near the warehouse was dirty with metal shavings on the ground. Approach it with caution and watch your tires. Do your research first by calling other places.

Doesn't give pricing over the phone. what a shady business practice.
They want you to drive through heavily congested traffic in Toronto just to find their prices, and by then you may as well use their service because it's too much to drive to another dealer.
