Just when you think Customer Service has gone extinct, along comes Crystal and her crew to the rescue. Within 90 minutes of me contacting Crystal she was in my home, and by the next evening there was equipment set-up (high efficient and all brand new). Extremely pleasant people and company to work with. As I truly hope to never need their services again, they definitely made this stressful experience into a very smooth transition. I don’t know how you find your people/crew Crystal but keep up the good work. It was pleasure meeting you.

Words cannot express how happy I was with their service. We were in a flooding situation where we were watching pools of water appear right before our eyes and couldn't possibly manage it fast enough. We discovered a bunch of mold, a sump pump that could not keep up, and the fear that we had problems with the foundation. Through it all we discovered we did not have sufficient insurance for the claim and had to pay for it out of pocket. I googled contractors in the area, reached out for quotes, and settled on Rainbow Restorations. Crystal and her team were already getting called out to many other jobs but were able to give us a prompt quote and once they started, the work was done in a week. They kept us within a budget, pulled out all the old flooring, remediated the mold, and set up rental equipment to dry and purify the area. They also made sure the entire space was vacuumed to remove any leftover particles that could be hazardous for our health. Every single team member who came in was compassionate, efficient, respectful, and had excellent communication. I genuinely do not know where we would be without them and would recommend them for any type of renovation or remediation needs!

Crystal was very informative of the damage that would need to be fixed, and took the time to explain how it would be done. The gentlemen that did the work were very efficient and they also took the time to explain all of the steps. It is so nice to have the basement cleaned out. I was recovering from the ice storm in Orillia and dealing with a flooded basement. Most places weren't even taking my calls or asked me to call back a few days later, but not Rainbow Restoration. I explained my situation and what was needed and instead of getting the brush off they listened, spent well over 15 minutes listening and seeing if they could help me. By the end of the call things were set for exactly what I needed and when. Once they arrived, they showed care and compassion setting up the equipment and the same professionalism picking it up. I hope never to have a situation like this again but if I do I know the first call I'll make is to Rainbow Restoration and their great team. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation easy for me.

I had a flood after a massive power outage and called Rainbow restoration, Crystal dealt with all the insurance things and quickly had lots of drying equipment and everything looked after and Kelly and crew worked long hours to prevent further damage to basement and all contents. Would definitely recommend them.

I needed mould removed from my cottage crawlspace so called Rainbow Restoration, and from start to finish have been extremely pleased with the service I received. Crystal has been amazingly helpful in sorting out what I need, and very available to answer all of my questions. Kelly, who did the actual mould removal work, was very pleasant to deal with, helpful, and left the crawlspace spotless. I mean, SPOTLESS. The previously mouldy joists, floorboards and sprayfoam looked brand new when he was done down there. I get very anxious when I have any work done after having an absolutely horrendous experience with a large roofing company, but these guys have restored my faith that there are companies you can trust to take care in what they do and deliver as promised. I'm going to need some more work done on a different area of the cottage and will definitely be calling Rainbow back for that!

We had this Rainbow Restoration do some mould remediation that was discovered by a home inspector while we were selling our property. They were quick to come and assess the situation and provide us with a quote. They were able to accommodate us quickly and the job was done in a timely manner. The technician was both personable and knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with as was Crystal in the office. The results looked amazing and it was done at a fair price . Would highly recommend.
