Esta empresa utiliza este centro de reciclaje con frecuencia, y el personal siempre es amable. We use this facility a lot, and the staff are always curious. Its easy to maneuver and I love how if I need a bit of spray paint I can go to the chemical drop to pick some up free. Its always busy on weekend so be ready for a bit of a wait.
Thanks to all the crew at the city depot.

I have been here twice: once when I first moved to Windsor to grab some recycling bins, and once when I was moving out of Windsor and was dropping off trash. Both times, every single person working there was absolutely delightful. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!

I want to recognize one employee On 4/16/25 that was working the yard waste/ electronic recycling area his name is Allen and he was so wonderful and just so nice he went above and beyond to tell my son about recycling gave him so items and books and a cup we need more people like him best employee I have ever had the pleasure of coming across at the dump

Where do I begin Well I got some time, so I might as well write an honest feedback so the CITY will learn to improve its PUBLIC SERVICE from its disgruntled citizen. I came here because I missed my weekly recycling and decided I 'm going to take a quick drive to my publicly funded drop off depot. It was my very first time coming to this facility and I thought ok bring it on. Firstly, the signs posted are so confusing and the staff shall I say RUDE. Once I parked my car to dump what I needed, it was difficult to get out of the wretched place, cause the dump is like a one way horse shoe, so guess what, I had to wait for the next person to dump his stuff before I can get out. If you think I'm going to stop at that, you're dead wrong, before getting out make sure you have a CREDIT CARD because they DO NOT accept CASH hahahaha Need I say more I would give ZERO star if I had to

Be aware it’s a multi use disposal& recycling facility. As a 1st time user, go slow and follow signs. Very helpful staff and well designed disposal. Bins are below grade so no lifting, just dump and let gravity take over

Exit is slow, they would benefit from fast food drive through pay systems that use credit card machine on a stick to avoid customers walking up to window to pay

Prices are in-line with other nearby counties in SW Ontario
