I met with Paul Smith a few months ago to discuss waste removal for a 10 unit building I property manage. Paul is friendly, efficient and professional. He followed up on calls within minutes and has been very accommodating. The bin in use is tidy and professionally painted and blends in with property instead of sticking out like a sore thumb. They offer many different services to suit all needs.

Recently I completed a renovation on a condo unit that has very strict policies regarding waste removal.
I had a bin delivered on tear out day before 8am and it was picked up late aft on the same day. While working on condo, more waste had to be removed but not enough to use a bin. I was able to put in contractor bags and Paul had it picked up within the hour.
These next two comments make me believe in hiring local business more than ever.
I was stuck with having a delivery of materials done and called Paul to see if he knew anyone who may be able to help. He offered his service truck to help after they did a bin drop off. Amazing service with friendly employees who were even willing to help offload the materials.
On our last day, we just a had a few bags that we could not leave behind in condo waste area. Paul offered to stop in with his own personal truck on a Friday eve!
Provincial Waste Services helped to make this renovation less stressful.

Our business switched to Provincial Waste after using the one of the big guys for years and years. The difference has been night and day! We often felt like an afterthought with the big guys...Provincial always gives us quick service, and they were a great source of information while working through the big guy's contract cancellation process (it can be a real mess--check your fine print!)
